  • 会员2268：9号凌晨四点到的酒店，定了个别墅被告知没有了给我换了个标间并且不给退差价！经理说考虑到凌晨四点入驻，今天可以推迟到下午四点退房让住12小时。没想到早上十点服务员打电话让中午退房！我刚住了五个小时就让我退房！！服务员振振有词的说，他们正常中午12点入驻，给我凌晨四点入住是照顾我。这**服务员我也是服了，我凌晨四点入驻，十一点退房？还没住半天就让我走？打电话投入没结果经理不敢露面。中午退房走人，再也不会来这个酒店！
